Top “Great Times to Do Yoga”

  1. When you aren’t sleeping well, tossing and turning, and you roll over and see the giant red digital numbers on your clock read 5am and realize that if you give up on sleep and get up, you can go to 6am yoga class!  That’s a great time for yoga.
  2. When you are on a Zoom call and notice people start to wrap up at 11:25am and realize that you can change clothes, fill your water bottle, grab your mat and towel and jump in the car to get to noon class instead of lunch – That’s a great time for yoga!
  3. When you’ve been sitting on your ass all day long managing work emails or on Zoom (or watching Netflix…) and notice in the corner of your eye it’s 3:30 and think if you actually move your ass fast, you can make it to a 4pm class. That’s a great time for yoga.
  4. When you’ve had a big lunch and feel like a whale and feel like you absolutely don’t need dinner and it would be WAY BETTER to move your body at 6pm – That’s a great time for yoga.
  5. Lastly, when you have energy left over from the day and feel like you want to burn it off and slow things down to sleep well, a moving meditation and a good sweat at 8pm is just the way to end the day. That’s a great time for yoga.

Clearly, it’s always a good time for yoga.
